Zusammenfassung: | To obtain a stator of a rotary electric machine, capable of suppressing the deterioration of a motor efficiency while suppressing an out-of-plane deformation of a lamination core by changing the number of caulkings distributed in the lamination core along an axial direction so as to be matched to a shape of a frame which is changed to the axial direction.SOLUTION: In a structure of fixing a lamination core 1 while being fitted into a frame 3, if the frame 3 has a part structured only by a frame cylindrical part 3 having a prescribed thickness to an axial direction and a frame high rigidity part 30 comprising a frame extension part 3b extended to an outer side from an outer peripheral part of the frame cylindrical part 3a, a first core 11 fixed to an inner diameter side of the frame high rigidity part 30 additionally provides not only a caulking 2a but also a caulking 2b, and thereby increasing the number of caulkings in a part as necessary as compared with a second core 12 providing the caulking 2a fixed to the inner diameter side of the frame cylindrical part 3a and distributed to a whole length of the lamination core 1 from the lamination core 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】軸方向に変化するフレームの形状に合わせて、積層コアに配設するカシメの個数を軸方向に沿って変化させることで、積層コアの面外変形を抑制するとともにモータ効率の低下を抑制することが可能な回転電機のステータを得る。【解決手段】積層コア1をフレーム3に嵌入させて固定する構成において、フレーム3が軸方向に所定の厚さを持つフレーム筒状部3aのみによって構成される部分と、フレーム筒状部3aの外周部から外側に延出するフレーム延出部3bを備えたフレーム高剛性部30とを有する場合、積層コア1のうち、フレーム筒状部3aの内径側に固定され、積層コア1の全長に配設されるカシメ2aが設けられた第二のコア12に対し、フレーム高剛性部30の内径側に固定される第一のコア11には、上記のカシメ2aだけでなく追加的にカシメ2bが設けられ、必要となる部分にだけカシメ数を増やしている。【選択図】図2 |
