To suppress the occurrence of temperature variation in a lamination direction in a cell laminate when raising a temperature of the cell laminate by a heater.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 is provided that comprises: a battery stack 10 having a cell laminate 12 in which a plurality of battery cells 11 are laminated, a pair of end plates 13A and 13B sandwiching the cell laminate 12 from both ends in a lamination direction, and a constraining member 14 extending in the lamination direction and fixed to the pair of end plates 13A and 13B, and constraining the cell laminate 12 via the end plates 13; a case 20 accommodating the battery stack 10; and a heater 30 arranged in the case 20 and raising a temperature of the battery cells 11 while being in contact with the battery cells 11.
