To provide a novel system that makes it possible to estimate engagement while a questionnaire is made essential.SOLUTION: An engagement estimation device according to the present invention includes an information acquisition part for information from a database, an input part, a similar network extraction part, a similar property extraction part, and a calculation part. The database includes property information, network information, and engagement information, group by group. The similar network extraction part selects a group similar to a feature quantity of network information of an object group input from the input part, and extracts engagement information X thereof. The similar property extraction part selects a group similar to property information of the object group, and extracts engagement information Y thereof.
