Zusammenfassung:To provide an X-ray inspection device in which friction resistance received by an inspected object when passing through a shield curtain is small, and a package of a product is hardly damaged.SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device 1 has: a housing 2; transportation means 3; an X-ray irradiation unit 4; an X-ray detection unit 5; and a shield curtain 10 whose upper end is supported by a support shaft 11 (Fig.1). On an upstream side of a lower end of the shield curtain, a roller 15 is rotatably provided via a roller shaft 16. When an inspected object being transported pushes the shield curtain, the shield curtain is lifted up as the lower end oscillates toward a downstream side and the inspected object passes through the lower end of the shield curtain and moves to the downstream. The roller of the shield curtain rolls along a front surface of the inspected object. Friction resistance between the inspected object and the roller is small and a package of the inspected object is hardly damaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】被検査物が遮蔽カーテンを通過する際に受ける摩擦抵抗が小さく、商品の包装が損傷しにくいX線検査装置を提供する【解決手段】X線検査装置1は、筐体2と、搬送手段3と、X線照射部4と、X線検出部5と、上端を支持軸11で支持された遮蔽カーテン10を有する(図1)。遮蔽カーテンの下端の上流側には、ローラ軸16を介してローラ15が回動自在に設けられる。搬送されている被検査物が遮蔽カーテンを押すと、遮蔽カーテンは下端が下流に向けて揺動して持ち上がり、被検査物は遮蔽カーテンの下端を通過して下流に移動する。遮蔽カーテンのローラは被検査物の表面に沿って転がる。被検査物とローラの摩擦抵抗は小さく、被検査物の包装は損傷しにくい。【選択図】図3
