To provide a hanging tool capable of easily changing a position and posture of the hanging tool and easily setting a position and posture of an accessory component in assembly furniture, and assembly furniture with the hanging tool.SOLUTION: A hanging tool 20 comprises: a hook 21 that is locked to a frame member laid horizontally in assembled furniture 1; a support part 22 connected to the hook 21; a supported part 23 supported by the support part 22 so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the support part 22 about a rotation axis oriented in a vertical direction; and a suspension part 24 connected to the supported part 23 and to which a partition plate 31 is fixed.
