CONCRETE PIECE SEPARATION PREVENTION METHOD

To provide a separation prevention method for concrete piece that eliminates the need for fiber for reinforcement etc., since a urethane or urea sheet is only stuck, can make construction easier and speedier than when substrate concrete is manually coated, can shorten a construction period since a primer process to a finishing process can be completed without the need to move a vehicle for high lift work in respective processes even in work using the vehicle for high lift work, and makes the construction uniform and stable in quality.SOLUTION: A urethane or urea sheet of 0.5-3.0 mm in thickness is stuck on a surface layer of a concrete structure with an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ウレタンまたはウレアシートを貼り付けるだけですむので、補強用の繊維等も不要で、かつ、手作業で下地コンクリートに塗布ものに比べて、簡易かつ迅速に施工でき、高所作業車での作業においても、各工程で高所作業車を移動する必要がなく、プライマー工程から仕上工程まで完結できるため、工期の短縮が図れる上に、施工の品質も均一で安定したものとなるコンクリート片のはく落防止工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物の表層に厚み０．５ｍｍ以上３．０ｍｍ以下のウレタンまたはウレアシートを接着材により貼り付けた。【選択図】図１
