Zusammenfassung: | To provide a precast concrete column bonding method in which even a precast concrete column having a large cross section can secure a sufficient ground filling rate to enable high-reliability construction.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of bonding a precast concrete column 10 having a plurality of sleeve type reinforcement joint members 20 inserted onto a slab 30. The method includes the processes of: arranging the precast concrete column 10 with a joint space left with the slab 30; arranging and isolating an air tube mold form (isolation member) in the joint space to form a plurality of divided joint spaces 40a, 40b; filling the one division joint space 40a with grout 50 through the sleeve type reinforcement joint member 20 for curing; removing the air tube mold form (isolation member) arranged with the other divided joint space 40b adjoining the one division joint space 40a after completion of the curing with the filling grout 50; and filling the other divided joint space 40b with grout 50 through the sleeve type reinforcement joint member 20 for curing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】大断面のプレキャストコンクリート柱でも、十分なグラウト充填率が確保でき、信頼性の高い施工が可能なプレキャストコンクリート柱接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数のスリーブ式鉄筋継手部材20が内挿されたプレキャストコンクリート柱10をスラブ30上に接合する方法であって、スラブ30との間に目地空間を設けてプレキャストコンクリート柱10を配する工程と、目地空間にエアチューブ型枠(離隔部材)を配して離隔し、複数の分割目地空間40a、40bとする工程と、一の分割目地空間40aにスリーブ式鉄筋継手部材20を介してグラウト50を充填し養生する工程と、充填したグラウト50の養生完了後、一の分割目地空間40aに隣接する他の分割目地空間40bとの間に配されたエアチューブ型枠(離隔部材)を撤去する工程と、他の分割目地空間40bにスリーブ式鉄筋継手部材20を介してグラウト50を充填し養生する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図6 |
