Zusammenfassung:To reduce the density unevenness due to the difference in the light amount between the writing start and the writing end.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus includes: first optical sensor and second optical sensor arranged on the upstream side and on the downstream side in the scanning direction of the light with respect to an image carrier; a calculation unit which calculates a correction parameter of the light amount with respect to the light emission time of a light source on the basis of the change between a first detection signal output by the first optical sensor and a second detection signal output by the second optical sensor; a determination unit which determines the light emission time at which the light source should emit the light on the basis of object image data; and a control unit which controls the light amount of the light emitted from the light source with respect to the determined light emission time on the basis of the correspondence between the light emission time and the correction parameter of the light amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】書出し開始時と書出し終了時における光量が異なることによる濃度ムラを低減する。【解決手段】像担持体よりも光の走査方向の上流側及び下流側に配置された第1の光センサ及び第2の光センサと、第1の光センサが出力する第1の検出信号と第2の光センサが出力する第2の検出信号との間の変化に基づいて、光源の発光時間に対する光量の補正パラメータを算出する算出部と、対象画像データに基づいて、光源が光を出射すべき発光時間を判別する判別部と、発光時間と光量の補正パラメータとの対応関係に基づいて、判別された発光時間に対する光源から出射する光の光量を制御する制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
