Zusammenfassung:	To provide a cutter for skiving which can further extend service life.SOLUTION: A cutter 10 for skiving comprises plural cutting blades 20 which are rotated around an axis, thereby cutting a work-piece. Each cutting blade 20 includes at least a divided blade 21 and a divided blade 23 which are so configured as to be capable of sharing a cutting process for cutting the work-piece. The divided blade 21 is configured from a first material, and the divided blade 23 is configured from a second material different from the first material.
