To enable determining whether an object displayed in an X-ray image is positioned inside or outside of a body of a subject.SOLUTION: An X-ray image processing device according to the embodiment includes an acquisition part, an extract part, and an output part. The acquisition part acquires an X-ray image which is an image in which the subject is X-ray-imaged. The extract part extracts a determination information corresponding to the acquired X-ray image based on the correspondence information showing a correspondence relationship between the X-ray image and the determination information showing whether an object displayed in an X-ray image is positioned inside or outside of a body of a subject.
