LENS BARREL

To provide a lens barrel having a switching mechanism with aperture click feeling, which is space saving despite simple configuration, has no adverse effect on the feeling when switched and is excellent in appearance quality.SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: a changeover switch 40; a switch base 41 fixed to the changeover switch; a rotatable cylindrical ring member; and a hold-down spring 45 fixed to a fixed cylinder. The ring member includes: an uneven part along the circumferential direction of an inner peripheral part; and a flat part adjacent to the uneven part. The switch base has a through-hole.
