Zusammenfassung: | To provide a deterioration degree inspection method and a deterioration degree inspection system of an existing soft material, which can inspect the degree of deterioration in the existing soft material without performing cutout in a non-destructive manner.SOLUTION: While a measurement needle 30 is inserted into an existing sealing material 50 at a substantially constant speed in a manner to form an insertion hole, an insertion load applied to the measurement needle 30 and an elapsed time from the start of the insertion are sequentially measured. An approximate straight line indicating the relation between a movement distance of the measurement needle 30 and the insertion load applied to the measurement needle 30 is calculated on the basis of a measurement value of the insertion load, the elapsed time, and a movement speed of the measurement needle 30, so that three positions of gradient change points at which an inclination angle of the approximate straight line changes are obtained. Then, the degree of deterioration in the existing sealing material 50 is inspected from these three positions of the gradient change points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設軟質材の劣化度合を、切り抜くことなく非破壊検査し得る既設軟質材の劣化度合検査方法及び劣化度合検査システムを提供する。【解決手段】刺し込み孔が形成されるように既設シーリング材50に対して略一定速度で測定針30を刺し込みながら、測定針30に作用する刺し込み荷重と刺し込み開始からの経過時間とを順次測定し、刺し込み荷重の測定値と経過時間と測定針30の移動速度とに基づいて、測定針30の移動距離と、測定針30に作用する刺し込み荷重との関係を示す近似直線を演算し、近似直線の傾斜角度が変化する3つの勾配変化点の位置を求めて、これら3つの勾配変化点の位置から、既設シーリング材50の劣化度合を検査する。【選択図】図3 |
