Zusammenfassung:	To provide a silicone-based sticking film which can be easily peeled from not only an adherend composed of only an inorganic matter but also an adherend composed of an organic matter and an adherend containing an organic matter without leaving an adhesive residue after experiencing high temperature environment after sticking.SOLUTION: There is provided a sticking film in which an easily adhesive layer and an adhesive layer are provided in this order on one surface of a base material composed of a resin having Tg of 85°C or higher, in which the adhesive layer is composed of a silicone resin obtained by curing a silicone composition by addition reaction, and the easily adhesive layer contains silica, an acrylic urethane resin and ethyl silicate in each specific range.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】無機物のみからなる被着体だけでなく、有機物からなる被着体や、有機物を含有する被着体に対しても、貼着後高温環境を経たあとで被着体から糊残りなく容易に剥離可能なシリコーン系貼着フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】Ｔｇ８５℃以上の樹脂からなる基材の一方の面に易接着層、粘着剤層をこの順で設置した貼着フィルムにおいて、粘着剤層がシリコーン組成物を付加反応で硬化してなるシリコーン樹脂からなり、易接着層にシリカ、アクリルウレタン樹脂およびエチルシリケートを各々特定の範囲で含有する。【選択図】なし
