Zusammenfassung:To provide a solvent-free reaction type adhesive composition and to provide a method for manufacturing a tire by using the adhesive composition.SOLUTION: There are provided: a solvent-free reaction type adhesive composition which includes a polybutadiene polyol, a compound having a plurality of active hydrogen groups including at least one thiol group and a radical initiator; and a method for manufacturing a tire by using the adhesive composition. For example, a tire is manufactured by thinly applying the solvent-free reaction type adhesive composition to an inner surface of a tire tread comprising a vulcanized rubber and reacting the same by heating to introduce active hydrogen groups into a polybutadiene polyol and thereafter, arranging a urethane reaction solution including a urethane prepolymer so as to coming into contact with the inner surface of the tire tread and then heating and curing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、無溶媒反応型接着組成物及びこれを用いたタイヤの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリブタジエンポリオールと、少なくとも一つのチオール基を含む複数の活性水素基を有する化合物と、ラジカル開始剤とを含む無溶媒反応型接着組成物、及び、これを用いたタイヤの製造法に関するものである。例えば、加硫ゴムからなるタイヤトレッドの内面に、上記の無溶媒反応型接着組成物を薄く塗布し、加熱して反応させることで、ポリブタジエンポリオールに活性水素基を導入する。そして、この後、ウレタンプレポリマーを含むウレタン反応液を、タイヤトレッドの内面に接するようにして配置した後、加熱硬化することでタイヤを製造する。【選択図】図1
