Zusammenfassung:To provide a fixture which can equalize the pressures in the isobaric space between a sill and a sash bottom rail to the outside pressure, especially being able to prevent rainwater from infiltrating into the indoor side.SOLUTION: A fixture in this invention has a configuration that: a sill 12 comprises an upper stage part 121 having an inner rail 124 to guide an inner sash, and a lower stage part 122 having an outer rail 123 to guide an outer sash; and in the upper stage part 121, an isobaric space R is formed above the upper stage part 121 below the bottom rail of the inner sash, a first drain hole 14A is formed to run through from the indoor side of the inner rail 124 to the outdoor side and to run through vertically, the first drain hole 14A is provided with a drainage cap 3 to cover the opening of the first drain hole 14A, and the bottom end 31a of the drainage cap 3 is positioned at a level above a top end 123a of the outer rail 123.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】下枠と障子の下框との間の等圧空間を外気圧と等気圧にすることができ、とくに高風圧時においても屋内への雨水の浸入を防止できる。【解決手段】下枠12は、内障子を案内する内側レール124を有する上段部121と、外障子を案内する外側レール123を有する下段部122と、を備え、上段部121には、上段部121の上方で内障子の下框との間において等圧空間Rが形成され、かつ内側レール124の屋内側から屋外側に貫通するとともに、上下方向に貫通する第1水抜き孔14Aが形成され、第1水抜き孔14Aには、第1水抜き孔14Aの開口を覆う排水キャップ3が設けられ、排水キャップ3の下端31aは、外側レール123の上端123aよりも上方に位置している構成の建具を提供する。【選択図】図4
