ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE OF JOINT PART FORMING PLATE MEMBER

To effectively suppress an influence of a behavior of a divided mold body part on a plurality of joint part forming plate members which are continuously arranged and fixed over the entire circumference in a state where a joint part forming part is projected into a lining space when concrete is placed in the lining space.SOLUTION: A slit-shaped gap δ is continuously formed over the entire circumference between adjacent ends of a pair of divided mold body parts 3A and 3B divided in two in an excavation direction X of a tunnel T. A plurality of joint part forming plate members 15 are respectively inserted, fixed in one of the divided mold body parts 3A in a state of being projected into a lining space S, and are attached and arranged continuously in the circumferential direction. The plurality of joint part forming plate members 15 are attached to a portion corresponding to a rotary connecting part 3d and a lower rotary connecting part 3e of the one divided mold body part 3A in series so that divided connecting parts 15a', 15a" of the pair of joint part forming plate members 15 adjacent in the circumferential direction are arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】目地部形成部を覆工空間に突出させた状態で全周に亘り連設配置されて固定された複数の目地部形成用プレート部材に、覆工空間にコンクリートが打設された際に、分割型枠本体部の挙動による影響が及ぶことになるのを効果的に抑制することができるようにする。【解決手段】トンネルＴの掘進方向Ｘに２分割された一対の分割型枠本体部３Ａ，３Ｂの隣接する端部の間に、スリット状の隙間δが全周に亘り連続して形成され、複数の目地部形成用プレート部材１５が各々挿入され、覆工空間Ｓに突出させた状態で、一方の分割型枠本体部３Ａに固定し、周方向に連設配置されて取り付けられている。複数の目地部形成用プレート部材１５は、一方の分割型枠本体部３Ａの回転連結部３ｄ及び下部回転連結部３ｅと対応する部分に、周方向に隣接する一対の目地部形成用プレート部材１５の分割接続部１５ａ'、１５ａ"が配置されるよう連設して取り付けられている。【選択図】図１
