Zusammenfassung:To rapidly allocate a taxi.SOLUTION: A taxi terminal 2 includes: an information acquisition section 261 for acquiring area information which indicates a non-transmission area where a vehicle management device 3 for transmitting a pickup request to a taxi T does not transmit the pickup request; an operation reception section 263 for receiving a permission operation to enable reception of the pickup request even when the taxi T is located in the non-transmission area; and an information transmission section 264 for transmitting permission information which indicates permission of transmission of the pickup request to the vehicle management device 3 when the operation reception section 263 receives the permission operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】タクシーの配車を迅速化する。【解決手段】タクシー端末２は、タクシーＴに迎車要求を送信する車両管理装置３が迎車要求を送信しない非送信エリアを示すエリア情報を取得する情報取得部２６１と、タクシーＴが非送信エリアにいる場合であっても迎車要求を受け付けられるようにするための許可操作を受け付ける操作受付部２６３と、操作受付部２６３が許可操作を受け付けた場合に、迎車要求の送信を許可することを示す許可情報を車両管理装置３に送信する情報送信部２６４と、を有する。【選択図】図１
