Zusammenfassung: | To provide a fault point locating system at low cost with which, while taking advantage of the features of a surge arrival time difference type fault point locating system, it is possible to prevent erroneous locating in a case of an accident in other than a locating target section or in a case of an accident where there is no occurrence of a surge, and a power reception end can be used in an overhead transmission line system at a non-grounded neutral point as well.SOLUTION: When a surge waveform arrival time and a commercial frequency waveform change detection time are recorded, and information pertaining to the voltage value, current value and phase of each phase, as well as the occurrence/nonoccurrence of an accident and an accident aspect that indicates the state of an accident, are calculated and determined from commercial frequency waveform data, with the occurrence of an accident determined thereby, locating is conducted from a difference in surge waveform arrival time at a power transmission/reception end when the surge waveform is detectable with a sufficient amplitude exceeding a set threshold and waveform data is preserved, or locating is conducted from the information pertaining to the voltage value, current value and phase of each phase calculated from commercial frequency waveform data when the amplitude of the surge waveform is insufficient and the data is not recorded or the arrival time is uncertain although the data is recorded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】サージ到達時間差型故障点標定システムの特徴を生かしつつ、標定対象区間外事故での誤標定やサージが発生していない事故の場合の誤標定を防ぎ、かつ受電端が中性点非接地の架空送電線系統でも使用できる故障点標定システムを低コストで提供する。【解決手段】サージ波形の到達時刻および商用周波波形の変化の検出時刻を記録するとともに、商用周波波形データから各相の電圧値、電流値、位相の各情報、および事故の有無、事故状況を示す事故様相を算出および判定し事故有の判定を行なった場合に、サージ波形が設定閾値を超える十分な振幅で検出でき波形データが保存されている場合、送受電端へのサージ波形到達時間差から標定し、サージ波形の振幅が不十分で、データが記録されていないか記録されていてもその到達時刻が不明確な場合は商用周波波形データから算出した各相の電圧値、電流値、位相の各情報から標定する。【選択図】図1 |
