The plate-shaped members comprise cells having ion-conductive solid electrolyte layers, anode layers formed on surfaces of the solid electrolyte layers, and cathode layers formed on surfaces opposite to the surfaces on which the anode layers of the solid electrolyte layer are formed. The plate-shaped members are constituted so that both the anode layer of at least one plate-shaped member out of the plurality of plate-shaped members defining the passages, and the cathode layer of at least the other plate-shaped member out of the plurality of plate-shaped members defining the passage contact with the inside of the passages with respect to all the passages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
