MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE

To provide a mechanical parking device capable of preventing a cage from being lifted right after all of traversing rollers of a pallet move onto a shelf.SOLUTION: A pallet 10 comprises: horizontal support members 13 arranged on both ends in its longitudinal direction and horizontally extending in a width direction; and a plurality of traversing rollers 11 attached on the horizontal support member 13, which are rotatable around those axes as centers. A cage 3 comprises: a rail 3a on the cage horizontally extending in the width direction and supporting and guiding the traversing rollers 11; and lift preventing rollers 15 arranged on each of both ends in a traverse direction of the rail 3a on the cage, which are rotatable around those axes as centers.
