Zusammenfassung: | To suppress the sedimentation of scales to an electrode plate.SOLUTION: A monopolar electrolytic apparatus comprises: an insulating outer tube where rectangular inner peripheral surfaces are formed by a pair of first surfaces parallel to each other and a pair of second surfaces perpendicular to the first surfaces in a cross section perpendicular to a central axis; a first metal frame fixed to one end of the outer tube with a plurality of rectangular-shaped first electrode plates connected with each other arranged in parallel at a prescribed interval; a second metal frame fixed to the other end of the outer tube with a plurality of rectangular-shaped second electrode plates parallel to each other connected at a prescribed interval; and insulating spacers arranged between the first electrode plates and the second electrode plates. The plurality of first electrode plates and the plurality of second electrode plates are arranged parallel to the first surface and are each alternately arranged inside the inner peripheral surface. In the above-mentioned cross section, the first electrode plates are arranged as electrode plates respectively closest to the pair of first surfaces, and both ends of the first electrode plates are arranged respectively in contact with the pair of second surfaces, and both ends of the second electrode plates are arranged respectively away from the pair of second surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】電極板へのスケールの堆積を抑制する。【解決手段】モノポーラ型電解装置は、中心軸に垂直な断面において互いに平行な一対の第一面及び第一面と直交する一対の第二面で矩形状の内周面が形成される絶縁性の外筒と、矩形板状の複数の第一電極板が互いに平行且つ所定間隔で接続され、外筒の一方の端部に固定された第一金属フレームと、矩形板状の複数の第二電極板が互いに平行且つ所定間隔で接続され、外筒の他方の端部に固定された第二金属フレームと、第一電極板と第二電極板との間に配置された絶縁性のスペーサとを有し、複数の第一電極板と複数の第二電極板は第一面に平行且つそれぞれ交互に前記内周面の内側に配置され、前記断面において、一対の第一面の各々に最も近くの電極板として第一電極板が配置され、第一電極板の両端は一対の第二面にそれぞれ接して配置され且つ第二電極板の両端は一対の第二面からそれぞれ離間して配置される。【選択図】図2 |
