To automatically determine a contamination level and automatically wash the inside of a container according to the contamination level.SOLUTION: A washing system for washing the inside of a container of a cooker (steam convection oven 2), includes a control unit (10) which determines a contamination level from operation information of the cooker, calculates one or more of a detergent amount, a washing water amount, or a washing time according to the contamination level, and controls washing the inside of the container.
