Zusammenfassung: | To provide a production method of needle crystal high purity succinic acid.SOLUTION: A production method of succinic acid includes the following steps: a step of acidifying by adding hydrogen chloride to a magnesium succinate aqueous solution to obtain an aqueous solution containing succinic acid and magnesium chloride; a step of applying an active carbon treatment to the aqueous solution containing succinic acid and magnesium chloride obtained from the step of acidifying; a step of forming solid succinic acid and a magnesium chloride solution by precipitating the succinic acid in a step of precipitation from an aqueous mixture containing the succinic acid and magnesium chloride generated from the step of applying the active carbon treatment; a step of separating the solid succinic acid from a magnesium chloride solution; a step of decomposing the magnesium chloride to magnesium oxide and hydrogen chloride by applying pyrolysis at a temperature of at least 300°C to the magnesium chloride solution; and a step of recycling the hydrogen chloride generated in the step of pyrolysis to the step of acidifying.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】針状結晶の高純度コハク酸の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】下記工程からなるコハク酸の製造方法。コハク酸マグネシウム水溶液に塩化水素を添加して酸性化し、コハク酸及び塩化マグネシウムを含む水溶液を得る工程。酸性化工程から取得されたコハク酸及び塩化マグネシウムを含む水溶液に、活性炭処理を施す工程。活性炭処理工程から生じたコハク酸及び塩化マグネシウムを含む水性混合物から、沈殿工程においてコハク酸を沈殿させて、固体状コハク酸及び塩化マグネシウム溶液を形成する工程。塩化マグネシウム溶液から固体状コハク酸を分離する工程。塩化マグネシウム溶液に、少なくとも300℃の温度における熱分解を施し、これにより、塩化マグネシウムを酸化マグネシウム及び塩化水素に分解する工程。熱分解工程において発生した塩化水素を酸性化工程にリサイクルする工程。【選択図】図1 |
