Zusammenfassung: | To provide a punching implement which can surely collect punched scraps by a relatively-simple constitution when forming a penetration hole at a polarizer, and a punching method of the polarizer using the punching implement.SOLUTION: A punching implement 1 for forming a penetration hole 10b at a polarizer 10 comprises a cylindrical body 3 having a cutting edge part at one end side, and an accommodation body 4 connected to the other end side of the cylindrical body 3 so as to communicate with an internal space of the cylindrical body 3 at its inside. The cutting edge part is changed in a wall thickness so that an inside diameter of the cylindrical body 3 becomes gradually small toward the other end side from one end side. When forming the penetration hole 10b by punching the polarizer 10 by using the cutting edge part, punched scraps 10a are stretched to an inner wall of the cutting edge part in warped states in postures, and held in the internal space of the cutting edge part as they are.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】偏光板に貫通孔を形成する際に、比較的簡易な構成で打抜き屑を確実に回収することができる打抜き用具を提供する。また、その打抜き用具を用いた偏光板の打抜き方法を提供する。【解決手段】打抜き用具1は、偏光板10に貫通孔10bを形成するためのものであり、一端側に刃部を有する筒状体3と、内部が筒状体3の内部空間と通じるようにして筒状体3の他端側に接続された収容体4とを備え、刃部は、一端側から他端側へ向かって筒状体3の内径が徐々に小さくなるように肉厚が変化している。刃部によって偏光板10を打ちぬいて貫通孔10bを形成したとき、打抜き屑10aは反った状態で刃部の内壁に対して突っ張る格好となり、そのまま刃部の内部空間に保持される。【選択図】図4 |
