Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing apparatus of an insulating film that is unlikely to cause a shift in a position of folds made to the insulating film due to repeated presses with a die to the insulating film.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an insulating film 10 includes: a gripping step of gripping the insulating film 10 at a predetermined position with gripping means including a pilot pin 25 which can be inserted into a pilot hole 15 provided in the insulating film 10 at predetermined intervals; transportation step of transporting the insulating film 10 by a distance subtracted from the pilot pin 25 by a retraction length determined by an unevenness of fold-forming means to the fold-forming means for forming a fold 11 corresponding to a shape of a slot in the insulating film 10 to release a grip of the insulating film 10; a fold forming step of forming the fold 11 with the fold-forming means; and a position adjusting step of moving the gripping means to a defined position and inserting the pilot pin 25 into another pilot hole 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
