Zusammenfassung: | To prevent heat deformation of or damage to members provided inside a fixing belt.SOLUTION: A fixing device 6 comprises: an endless fixing belt 18 that is rotatably provided; a pressure roller 19 that applies pressure to an outer peripheral surface of the fixing belt 18; a nip forming member 34 that is provided inside the fixing belt 18 and is in contact with the pressure roller 19 with the fixing belt 18 therebetween to form a fixing nip N; a stay 35 that is provided inside the fixing belt 18 and in contact with the nip forming member 34; a heat radiation fin 38 that is formed of a member having a higher thermal conductivity than that of the stay 35 and in contact with the stay 35; and a blower fan 39 that is provided on a rotation shaft 19a of the pressure roller 19 and rotates integrally with the pressure roller 19.
