Zusammenfassung: | To reduce energy loss, and to reduce load imbalance in a thrust direction of a scroll.SOLUTION: In a scroll-type fluid machine 100, a back pressure chamber H3 is partitioned into a plurality of regions (H3a, H3b, H3c) by a back face 3a1 of a movable scroll 3, a thrust receiving face 24c, and a plurality of annular seal members 19 (19a, 19b, 19c) disposed into a multiple annular shape between the back face 3a1 and the thrust receiving face 24c, and blocked in communication with the region having a pressure lower than the pressure in the back pressure chamber H3. Through holes 3d penetrated through a second bottom plate 3a of the movable scroll 3 in a plate thickness direction, are opened corresponding to each of the regions (H3a, H3b, H3c) of the plurality of regions. Each region of the plurality of regions is communicated with a sealed space S to which the through hole 3d is opened, among the plurality of sealed spaces S through the through hole 3d corresponding to the region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】エネルギーロスの低減、及び、スクロールのスラスト方向の荷重アンバランスの低減を図る。【解決手段】スクロール型流体機械100において、背圧室H3は、可動スクロール3の背面3a1と、スラスト受け面24cと、背面3a1とスラスト受け面24cとの間に多重の環状に配置される複数の環状シール部材19(19a,19b,19c)とにより複数の領域(H3a,H3b,H3c)に区画されると共に、背圧室H3内の圧力より低圧の領域との連通が遮断されている。可動スクロール3の第2底板3aを板厚方向に貫通する貫通孔3dが前記複数の領域のそれぞれの領域(H3a,H3b,H3c)に対応して開口される。前記複数の領域のそれぞれの領域は当該領域に対応する貫通孔3dを介して前記複数の密閉空間Sのうち当該貫通孔3dが開口する密閉空間Sに連通している。【選択図】図1 |
