To reduce the cost for a tubular pile that is embedded in the ground.SOLUTION: A tubular pile of the invention comprises: a cylindrical body part that extends from one end to the other end; a vane part that is a plate-like member attached in a spiral shape from one end to the other end of the body part along the outer surface of the body part, and that surrounds the body part in a fan shape in a plan view in which the member intersects the extending direction of the body part; a lid part that is a plate-like member that covers one end of the body part along the surface that intersects the extending direction of the body part, and that has a circular shape with a larger diameter than the body part and forms a flange on one end of the body part; and an excavation blade that is a plate-like member which is stored in the body part and extends in the same direction as the body part, and for which one end of the member is fixed to the lid part and the other end protrudes from the other end of the body part.
