Zusammenfassung:To provide an elevator apparatus that is capable of fire fighting by appropriately moving a fire extinction robot to a fire outbreak floor in the event that fire breaks out on any floor of a building having a plurality of floors, and to provide an elevator system, and a control method for an elevator apparatus.SOLUTION: An elevator apparatus comprises: an actuation control unit 32 and an elevator car upper control device 11 that control an actuation of an elevator car 10; a passenger detection unit 112 provided in the elevator car 10 and that detects presence or absence of passengers in the elevator car 10; and a communicator 14 provided in the elevator car, which outputs a riding instruction signal that instructs a fire-extinction robot 20 to ride the elevator car when a fire outbreak signal P1 is acquired and when no passengers are riding the elevator car 10. When the fire outbreak signal P1 is acquired, the actuation control unit 32 moves the elevator car 10 to a standby floor where the fire-extinction robot 20 is standing by and, after the fire extinction robot 20 rides the elevator car 10, moves the elevator car 10 to the fire outbreak floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数のフロアからなる建造物の任意のフロアで火災が発生した際に、適切に消火ロボットを火災発生フロアに移動させて、消火活動を行うことが可能なエレベータ装置、エレベータシステム、及びエレベータ装置の制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】乗りかご10の作動を制御する作動制御部32、及びかご上制御装置11と、乗りかご10内に設けられ、乗りかご10内の乗員の有無を検知する乗員検知部112と、火災発生信号P1が取得され、且つ、乗りかご10内に乗員が乗車していないときに、消火ロボット20の乗車を指示する乗車指令信号を出力するかご内通信機14を備える。作動制御部32は、火災発生信号P1が取得された際に、消火ロボット20が待機する待機フロアに乗りかご10を移動させ、消火ロボット20が乗りかご10に乗車した後に、乗りかご10を火災発生フロアに移動させる。【選択図】図1
