Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method and an apparatus for cutting work using a radius end mill, which enable obtainment of proper surface quality.SOLUTION: A method for cutting a processed surface (101) by using a radius end mill (20) includes: a first step of cutting the processed surface while moving the radius end mill in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to a direction of inclination of the processed surface; and a second step of moving the radius end mill by a predetermined distance in the direction of inclination following the first step.
