Zusammenfassung:To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine enabling improvement of estimation accuracy of a predicted temperature of an exhaust emission control member calculated during stop of an operation.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine 10 includes a filter 18 provided in an exhaust passage 15 and a water temperature sensor 54 detecting a temperature of cooling water. During an operation of the engine, the control device 100 executes processing for calculating a filter temperature that is a temperature of the filter 18. When the operation of the internal combustion engine 10 is stopped, the control device 100 executes processing for calculating a predicted temperature when the temperature of the filter 18 converges during stop of the operation, on the basis of the filter temperature immediately before the stop of the operation and a difference between a temperature of the cooling water immediately before the stop of the operation and a temperature of the cooling water during the stop of the operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】運転停止中に算出される排気浄化部材の予測温度の推定精度が向上する内燃機関の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】内燃機関10は、排気通路15に設けられたフィルタ18と、冷却水温を検出する水温センサ54とを備える。制御装置100は、機関運転中にはフィルタ18の温度であるフィルタ温度を算出する処理を実行する。この制御装置100は、内燃機関10の運転停止が実施されたときには、運転停止直前のフィルタ温度と、運転停止直前の冷却水温及び運転停止中の冷却水温の差とに基づき、運転停止中にフィルタ18の温度が収束したときの予測温度を算出する処理を実行する。【選択図】図1
