Zusammenfassung:To provide an inverter controller which can improve torque responsiveness of a three-phase AC rotary electric machine in accordance with switching from PWM control to rectangular wave control.SOLUTION: An inverter controller comprises: a PWM control unit which performs PWM control of a switching element of an inverter circuit which drives a motor by outputting a PWM control signal S1; a rectangular wave control unit which performs rectangular wave control of the switching element by outputting a rectangular wave signal S2; a control switching unit 50 which switches the PWM control and the rectangular wave control by switching the PWM control signal S1 and the rectangular wave signal S2 to be output; and an induced voltage calculation unit 52a which calculates induced voltage of the motor on the basis of a current value of each phase of the motor and rotational velocity ω of the motor. The control switching unit 50 switches the signal to the rectangular wave signal S2 to be output when the induced voltage exceeds a threshold in a state of outputting the PWM control signal S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】PWM制御から矩形波制御への切り替えに伴う三相交流回転電機のトルク応答性を向上させることができるインバータ制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】PWM制御信号S1を出力することによりモータを駆動させるインバータ回路のスイッチング素子をPWM制御するPWM制御部と、矩形波信号S2を出力することによりスイッチング素子を矩形波制御する矩形波制御部と、PWM制御信号S1と矩形波信号S2とを切り替えて出力することによりPWM制御と矩形波制御とを切り替える制御切替部50とを備えたインバータ制御装置であって、モータの各相の電流値及びモータの回転速度ωに基づきモータの誘起電圧を演算する誘起電圧演算部52aを備え、制御切替部50は、PWM制御信号S1を出力している状態で誘起電圧が閾値を上回る場合、矩形波信号S2に切り替えて出力する。【選択図】図2
