Zusammenfassung:	To provide soft magnetic metal powder and a magnetic sheet which enable the achievement of a high magnetic permeability and a small magnetic loss even in a high-frequency band such as a UHF band.SOLUTION: Soft magnetic metal powder comprises iron as a primary component. The soft magnetic metal powder includes flat shaped particles having an average particle diameter D50 of 1 μm or larger and 20 μm or smaller and an aspect ratio (Longitudinal direction average particle diameter/Thickness of the flat shaped particles) of 10 or larger. In the soft magnetic metal powder, the content of the flat shaped particles is 55 particle% or more. It is preferred that the metal iron content is 90 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ＵＨＦ帯などの高周波数帯域であっても透磁率が高く、しかも磁気損失の小さい軟磁性金属粉末及び磁性シートを提供する。【解決手段】鉄を主成分とする軟磁性金属粉末であって、平均粒子径Ｄ５０が１μｍ以上２０μｍ以下であり、アスペクト比（長手方向平均粒子径／扁平形状粒子の厚み）が１０以上の扁平形状の粒子が５５個数％以上含有されることを特徴とする。ここで、金属鉄の含有量が９０質量％以上であるのが好ましい。【選択図】図１
