Zusammenfassung:To predict a change of rainfall from the present time onward without being bound by the precipitation pattern and total amount of precipitation measured in the past.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a step S23 for receiving a measured rainfall outputted by a rain gauge and calculating a change amount ΔR1 of measured rainfall at the present time; a step S24 for comparing a rainfall change amount ΔR at a time when an elapsed time from a precipitation start time corresponds to the present time, the rainfall change amount being the one indicated by multiple types of rainfall prediction patterns that indicate a change of rainfall with the passage of time, with the change amount ΔR1 of measured rainfall, and selecting a precipitation prediction pattern that indicates a rainfall change amount ΔR closest to the change amount ΔR1 of measured rainfall, and a step S25 for predicting a rainfall from the present time onward on the basis of the selected precipitation prediction pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】過去に計測した降雨パターンや総降雨量にとらわれず、現在以降の雨量の変化を予測する。【解決手段】雨量計の出力する計測雨量を受け取って、現在時刻の計測雨量の変化量ΔR1を算出するS23。時間経過に伴う雨量の変化を示す複数種類の降雨予測パターンが示す雨量変化量であって、降雨開始時刻からの経過時間が現在時刻に対応する時点の雨量変化量ΔRを、計測雨量の変化量ΔR1と比較し、計測雨量の変化量ΔR1と最も近い雨量変化量ΔRを示す前記降雨予測パターンを選択するS24。選択された降雨予測パターンに基づいて、現在時刻以降の雨量を予測するS25。【選択図】図2
