Zusammenfassung:To provide an ultrasonic flaw detecting device that detects failures inside a sample, the ultrasonic testing device being capable of preventing incorrect detection that is caused by ultrasonic sound waves that are refracted by scratches, unevenness, and the like on the surface of the sample and reflected on the side wall surface of a contact member that is attached to the tip of the device.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detecting device 1 comprises a probe 20 that emits ultrasonic sound waves U to a sample M along an emission direction z, and has a detection unit 21 that detects ultrasonic sound waves U reflected on the sample M. The ultrasonic flaw detecting device 1 includes a contact member 30 that is attached to the tip in the emission direction z, and has an opening S through which ultrasonic sound waves U that are emitted from/incident on the detection unit 21 can pass. In the contact member 30, a side wall surface 33 that configures the edge of the opening S has a slope portion that slopes to a width direction y of ultrasonic sound waves U that are emitted from/incident on the detection unit 21 for the purpose of preventing incorrect detection due to ultrasonic sound waves U that are refracted by scratches, unevenness, and the like on a surface M1 of the sample M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被検査材の内部の欠陥を検出する超音波探傷装置において、被検査材の表面の疵や凹凸等により超音波が屈折し、装置の先端に取り付けられた接材部材の側壁面で反射することに起因する誤検知を低減することができる、超音波探傷装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検査材Mに対して出射方向zに沿って超音波Uを出射し、被検査材Mで反射された超音波Uを検出する検出部21を有するプローブ20を備える超音波探傷装置1において、超音波探傷装置1は、出射方向zの先端部に取り付けられて、検出部21に対して出入射される超音波Uが通過できる開口Sを有する接材部材30を備える。接材部材30において、開口Sの端縁を構成する側壁面33は、被検査材Mの表面M1の疵や凹凸等で屈折した超音波Uによる誤検知防止を目的として、検出部21に対して出入射される超音波の幅方向yに対して傾斜した、傾斜部を有する。【選択図】図1
