Zusammenfassung:	To provide a piping material with excellent fire resistance and mass productivity, which can be used in a place where fire resistance is required in a pipe conduit of a fire compartment or the like in a building, etc.SOLUTION: Single-layer or multi-layer piping materials 1, 1', 1" contain a tubular expanded fire-resistant layer 2 made of a fire-resistant resin composition containing: thermoplastic resin as base resin; expanded graphite; zinc phosphate; and lubricant. The fire-resistant resin composition has more than 8 wt.pts and 20 wt.pts or less of expanded graphite, 1 wt.pt or more and 15 wt.pts or less of zinc phosphate, less than 0.5 wt.pt of hydrocarbon lubricant, and 0.2 wt.pt or more and 1.0 wt.pt or less of lubricant having internal lubricity and external lubricity, based on 100 wt.pts of thermoplastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】建物等の防火区画などの管路中、耐火性を要求される箇所に利用することができる耐火性および量産性に優れた配管材を提供する。【解決手段】ベース樹脂としての熱可塑性樹脂と、膨張黒鉛と、リン酸亜鉛と、滑剤と、を含有する耐火性樹脂組成物からなる管状の膨張耐火層２を含有する、単層または複層の配管材１，１'、１"であって、前記耐火性樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性樹脂１００重量部に対して、膨張黒鉛を８重量部超２０重量部以下、リン酸亜鉛を１重量部以上１５重量部以下、炭化水素系滑剤を０．５重量部未満、並びに、内部滑性および外部滑性を有する滑剤を０．２重量部以上１．０重量部以下含む。【選択図】図１
