To provide an other-body fixture capable of obtaining wider hight adjustment range of an other-body fixing member.SOLUTION: The other-body fixture comprises: a substrate side support member 5 having a first fixing part 4 to a mount substrate; an other-body fixing member 9 having a second fixing part 7 capable of fixing the other body which is an object to be fixed of an upper side; an intermediate support member 10 for coupling the substrate side support member 5 and the other-body fixing member 9; a first coupling part 11 capable of being coupled to the substrate side support member 5 on the intermediate support member 10; and a second coupling part 12 capable of being coupled to the other-body fixing member 9.
