To provide a coil structure capable of accommodating a patient and provided with a carry-in port for carrying in a patient, and a three-dimensional magnetic field generation device.SOLUTION: A coil structure 1 including coil pairs 11, 12, and 13 that generate a uniform magnetic field along the x, y, and z axes, and a coil pair that generates a gradient magnetic field along the x, y, and z axes is provided with a space S in which a human body can be carried in with the human body lying parallel to the x-axis.
