Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information collection apparatus where pressing confirmation means can easily be installed on a circuit substrate.SOLUTION: An information collection apparatus includes: a circuit substrate 70; buttons 3, 4, 5a, 6, and 7 on the circuit substrate 70; and a communication module 10. A flexible confirmation circuit 100 connected to the communication module 10 is provided on the circuit substrate 70. The flexible confirmation circuit 100 has flexible base material 101, an LED light-emitting part 102, and a conductive part 103 connected to the LED light-emitting part 102 and the communication module 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】押圧確認手段を回路基板に簡単に設置できる情報取集装置を提供する。【解決手段】情報収集装置は回路基板７０と、回路基板７０上のボタン３、４、５ａ、６、７と、通信モジュール１０とを備えている。回路基板７０に通信モジュール１０に接続されたフレキシブル確認回路１００が設けられている。フレキシブル確認回路１００はフレキシブル基材１０１と、ＬＥＤ発光部１０２と、ＬＥＤ発光部１０２と通信モジュール１０とに接続された導電部１０３とを有する。【選択図】図５
