Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for analyzing a sulfur crosslinked structure of a high polymer material, that takes into account sulfur oxides.SOLUTION: A sample with a known sulfur concentration is used to obtain a first relationship of a sulfur concentration and edge jump heights, from an X-ray absorption spectrum of the sample. A sample containing sulfur oxides is used to obtain a second relationship of sulfur oxide components and edge jump heights, from an X-ray absorption spectrum of the sample. A sulfur-crosslinked high polymer material that is an analysis object is irradiated with X-ray in order to acquire an X-ray absorption spectrum of a sulfur K-shell absorption end. From the obtained X-ray absorption spectrum, an edge jump height Ha based on the total sulfur is obtained, and an edge jump height Ho based on the sulfur oxides is obtained by using the second relationship. An edge jump height Hc based on sulfur excluding a sulfur portion of the sulfur oxides is obtained by subtracting the Ho from the Ha, and a sulfur concentration excluding the sulfur portion of the sulfur oxides is obtained by using the first relationship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】硫黄酸化物を考慮した高分子材料の硫黄架橋構造解析方法を提供する。【解決手段】硫黄濃度が既知の試料を用いてそのX線吸収スペクトルから硫黄濃度とエッジジャンプの高さとの第1の関係を求める。硫黄酸化物を含む試料を用いてそのX線吸収スペクトルから硫黄酸化物成分とエッジジャンプの高さとの第2の関係を求める。解析対象である硫黄架橋された高分子材料にX線を照射して硫黄K殻吸収端のX線吸収スペクトルを取得する。得られたX線吸収スペクトルから、硫黄全体に基づくエッジジャンプの高さHaを求めるとともに、第2の関係を用いて硫黄酸化物に基づくエッジジャンプの高さHoを求め、HaからHoを差し引くことにより、硫黄酸化物の硫黄分を除いた硫黄に基づくエッジジャンプの高さHcを求め、第1の関係を用いて、硫黄酸化物の硫黄分を除いた硫黄濃度を求める。【選択図】図6 |
