Zusammenfassung:To provide a combined uroflowmeter which enables easy measurement of a urine flow and a urinary salt concentration.SOLUTION: There is provided a combined uroflowmeter which is provided with a urine collection portion 2 which collects excreted urine and a pipe conduit body 4 which includes a urine flow channel 3 through which the urine collected by the urine collection portion 2 flows, the urine flow channel 3 of the pipe conduit body 4 being brought into communication with the urine collection portion 2. A urine flow detection sensor 6 with a waterwheel 7 is provided in the pipe conduit body 4. The urine flow detection sensor is for real-time detection of a flow of the urine introduced from the urine collection portion 2 into the pipe conduit body 4 and flowing through the urine flow channel 3. The pipe conduit body 4 has a recess 13 which is formed at a site on a downstream side, in the flow of the urine, of a placement position of the urine flow detection sensor 6 and in which part of the urine flowing through the pipe conduit body 4 is accumulated. A urinary salt concentration detection sensor for detection of a concentration of salt in the urine accumulated in the recess 13 is provided in the recess 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】尿流量と尿中塩分濃度を容易に測定可能とする複合型尿流計を提供する。【解決手段】排尿される尿を採尿する採尿部2と、採尿部2により採尿される尿が流れる尿流路3を備えた管路体4とを設け、管路体4の尿流路3を採尿部2と連通させ、採尿部2から管路体4に導入されて尿流路3を通して流れる尿の流量をリアルタイムで検出するための、水車7を備えた尿流量検出用センサ6を管路体4内に設ける。管路体4には尿流量検出用センサ6の配置位置よりも尿の流れの下流側の部位に、管路体3を通して流れる尿の一部が溜まる凹部13を形成し、凹部13に溜まった尿中の塩分濃度を検出するための尿中塩分濃度検出用センサを凹部13に設ける。【選択図】図1
