Zusammenfassung:To provide a damping building capable of efficiently controlling vibration of a high-rise main structure by providing a damping structure portion by effectively utilizing the entire height of a divided internal space.SOLUTION: There is provided a damping building in which, in an internal space S extending in the vertical direction of a main structure 1, a damping structure portion is provided in which an internal structure 2 having a vibration characteristic different from that of the main structure 1 is connected to the main structure 1 via a damping device 3. The internal space S is divided into a plurality of divided internal spaces S1 to S3 by a horizontal structural portion 1A provided in the upper and lower intermediate portions of the main structure 1, and a damping structure 4 is provided in each of the divided internal spaces S1 to S3. In the divided internal spaces S1 to S3, the internal structure 2 is fixed to the main structure 1 on one side in the vertical direction and is connected to the horizontal structural portion 1A of the main structure 1 via the damping device 3 on the other side in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】分割内部空間の全高を有効に活用して制振構造部を設けることで、高層の主架構造の振動制御を効率的に行うことができる制振建物を提供する。【解決手段】主架構1の上下方向に延びる内部空間Sに、主架構1とは振動特性が異なる内部構造部2が減衰装置3を介して主架構1に接続された制振構造部が設けられている制振建物であって、内部空間Sが、主架構1の上下中間部に備えられた水平構造部1Aにより複数の分割内部空間S1〜S3に分割され、それら複数の分割内部空間S1〜S3の夫々に制振構造部4が設けられ、内部構造部2が、分割内部空間S1〜S3において、上下方向の一方側が主架構1に固定され、且つ、上下方向の他方側が減衰装置3を介して主架構1の水平構造部1Aに接続されている。【選択図】図1
