Zusammenfassung: | To reduce the welding work on site and to improve the cross-sectional performance at a beam end, and at the same time, to suppress a bolt slippage at a bolt joint of a joint plate.SOLUTION: A beam end of a beam member 3 made of H-shaped steel having a different beam formation on the center side of a span is bolted to a bracket member 2 provided at a joint portion on an orthogonal column surface 1a of a steel pipe column member 1. Each of the beam ends of a pair of beam members 3 is configured as a drop haunch that is formed by welding height-adjusted rib members 4 and 5 having flanges 4B and 5B on the lower side to the lower surfaces, so that the beam formation of the beam ends of the pair of beam members 3 is set to be equal. A pair of bracket members 2 and the upper and lower flanges at the beam end portions of the pair of beam members 3 that are adjacent to each other in the outer peripheral direction of the column member 1 are bolted to each other by a joining plate 40. The plastic hinge of the beam member 3 is moved away from a bolt joint portion 46 toward the center side of the span of the joint plate 40 by the drop haunch formed by the rib members 4 and 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】現場での溶接作業の軽減化と梁端部での断面性能の向上とを図ると同時に、接合プレートのボルト接合部でのボルト滑りを抑制する。【解決手段】鋼管製の柱部材1の直交する柱面1aにおける仕口部に設けたブラケット部材2に、スパン中央側での梁成の異なるH形鋼製の梁部材3の梁端部がボルト接合され、一対の梁部材3の梁端部の夫々は、下側にフランジ4B,5Bを有する高さ調整されたリブ材4,5を下面に溶接してなるドロップハンチとして構成することにより、一対の梁部材3の梁端部の梁成が等しく設定され、柱部材1の外周方向で隣接する一対のブラケット部材2と一対の梁部材3の梁端部における上下のフランジとが接合プレート40でボルト接合され、梁部材3の塑性ヒンジは、リブ材4,5によるドロップハンチによって接合プレート40のボルト接合部46よりもスパン中央側に回避した位置に移動されている。【選択図】図2 |
