Zusammenfassung: | To provide a turbine blade capable of reducing a loss which may occur resulting from a leakage flow, and a steam turbine having the same.SOLUTION: A turbine blade comprises an airfoil part having a pressure face and a negative pressure face extending between a front edge and a rear edge, and a platform including an end wall to which a base end part of the airfoil part is connected. The end wall includes at least a negative pressure face-side recess located in a negative pressure face-side region of the end wall, and at least a pressure face-side protrusion located in a pressure face-side region of the end wall, the negative face-side recess has the negative pressure face and a bottom point located at an upstream side rather than a contact point extending in an axial direction of the negative pressure face in the axial direction, in one or more contours on the negative pressure face-side recess of the end wall, a normal vector in a cross point between the negative pressure face and the contour having a negative gradient along a normal line of the contour is oriented toward the airfoil part, and the pressure face-side protrusion has an apex located at a downstream side rather than the contact point in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
