To provide a fiber treatment agent composition capable of recovering a deformation of clothing caused by wearing or repeated washing, and imparting a feeling free from coarse stiffness.SOLUTION: A fiber treatment agent composition includes: (A) a sulphonic acid based polymer with a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-1,000,000, in which a constitutional unit having a sulphonic acid group accounts for 60 mol% or more in all constitutional units (hereinafter referred to as component (A)); and (B) a compound containing an alkyleneoxy group, with an average addition number of moles of 20 or more and a ratio of a propyleneoxy group in all alkyleneoxy groups is 40 mol% or more (hereinafter referred to as component (B)).
