SEAL RUBBER FOR SHAPING DRUM AND SHAPING DRUM

To provide seal rubber which enables a standing part of an axial outer portion of a cylindrical tire member to be formed in a small size when a bead part is set, and to provide a shaping drum.SOLUTION: In a seal rubber 30 provided at an outer periphery side of a bead lock segment 22 supporting a bead part 42 in a shaping drum 10, a recessed part 31 into which the bead part 42 enters while sandwiching a cylindrical tire member 40 is formed at an outer periphery side of the seal rubber 30. The recessed part 31 comprises a bottom surface 32 and taper surfaces 33, 34 which continue from the bottom surface 32 to both axial sides of the shaping drum 10.
