Zusammenfassung: | To provide a cyclone type water treatment device which sucks up a liquid from a device lower part, has a simple structure not requiring an on-off valve or a dust tank at a device lower end, and is also applicable to a well using a thin pipe, and to provide a pump device equipped with the cyclone type water treatment device.SOLUTION: A water treatment device 1 connected to a pump for pumping up a liquid, and installed in the liquid, includes: a main body 2 obtained by integrally engaging an upper part constituted of a cylindrical part 3 having a circular cross-section and extending in a vertical direction, with a lower part constituted of a conical part 4 whose diameter is reduced downward; a top plate 6 closing an upper end opening of the main body 2; an outflow pipe 7 penetrating the central part of the top plate and extending in the vertical direction; and a vortex pipe 5 disposed at a bottom part of the conical part 4. Accordingly, the liquid flowing in from an inflow port 9 of the water treatment device 1 is caused to generate a vortex flow, so that foreign matters mixed in the liquid are removed by centrifugal separation during rising and outflow of the vortex flow to an outflow port 10 of the upper part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】液体を装置下部から吸引し、装置下端に開閉弁やダストタンクを備える必要がなく、構造が単純で、細いパイプを使用した井戸にも適用できるサイクロン型水処理装置及びその装置を備えたポンプ装置を提供する。【解決手段】液体を汲み上げるポンプに接続し、液体中に配置される水処理装置1が、その横断面が円形を有して上下方向に延びる円筒部3を上部に、下に向かうに従って直径が縮径する円錐部4を下部にして一体係合した本体部2と、その本体部2の上端開口を塞ぐ天板6と、その天板の中央部を貫通して上下方向に伸びる流出管7と、円錐部4の下部に渦動管5を備える。これにより、水処理装置1の流入口9から流入した液体に過巻流を発生させ、上部の流出口10に上昇して流出される間に液体に混入した異物を遠心分離により排除できる。【選択図】図2 |
