Zusammenfassung:To provide a retractor which is capable of achieving excellent radiography of a treatment area even during a surgical operation and is excellent in safety property without risks to cause breakage or the like even when a heavy load is imposed on a hook part in press-opening an incision, and an efficient manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: In a retractor which includes a first arm 2 provided with a first hook part 22 on an end side of an arm body 21 and a second arm 3 provided with a second hook part 32 on an end side of the arm body 31 and is used by press-opening an incision with the first hook part 22 and the second hook part 32, a synthetic resin material is used as a major material of at least the first hook part 22 of the first arm 2 and the second hook part 32 of the second arm 3, and on the surfaces of the first hook part 22 and the second hook part 32, a reinforcement layer S where a fiber-reinforced sheet is impregnated with the synthetic resin material to be the major material is partially formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 外科手術中であっても治療部位のX線撮影を良好に行うことが可能で、しかも、切開創を押し開く際にフック部に大きな負荷がかかった場合でも破損等が起きる心配がない安全性に優れた開創器、及びその効率的な製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 アーム本体21の先端側に第一フック部22を備えた第一アーム2と;アーム本体31の先端側に第二フック部32を備えた第二アーム3とを備え、前記第一フック部22と第二フック部32で切開創を押し開いて使用される開創器において、少なくとも前記第一アーム2の第一フック部22及び第二アーム3の第二フック部32の主材料に合成樹脂材料を使用すると共に、これら第一フック部22及び第二フック部32の表面に、強化繊維シートに主材料である合成樹脂材料を含浸させて成る補強層Sを部分的に形成した。【選択図】 図1
