Zusammenfassung: | To provide a fastening method of a laminate of fuel battery cells, capable of correcting lamination deviation and swell occurring in the laminate.SOLUTION: In a fastening method of a laminate 100 of fuel battery cells, where the laminate 100 is inserted into a case 300 by sliding the case 300 in a lamination direction, while compressing the laminate 100 of fuel battery cells in the lamination direction by means of a shaft 200, thus fastening the laminate 100 and the case 300, a lamination deviation amount, i.e., a deviation amount of a position of each layer in the laminate 100 is detected, and when the lamination deviation amount is larger than a predetermined amount, a moving amount in a direction intersecting the lamination direction of the shaft is calculated on the basis of the lamination deviation amount, and when the laminate 100 is compressed by means of the shaft 200, the shaft 200 is moved by the moving amount, where the Young's modulus of the shaft 200 is 100-300 kN/mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】積層体に発生した積層ずれやうねりを補正することができる燃料電池セルの積層体の締結方法を提供する。【解決手段】シャフト200によって燃料電池セルの積層体100を積層方向に向かって加圧しながら、ケース300を当該積層方向に沿ってスライドさせることにより積層体100をケース300内に挿入し、積層体100とケース300とを締結する、燃料電池セルの積層体100の締結方法であって、積層体100の各層の位置のずれ量である積層ずれ量を検出し、積層ずれ量が所定の量より大きい場合に、積層ずれ量に基づいてシャフトの積層方向に交差する方向の移動量を算出し、積層体100をシャフト200によって加圧する際に、当該移動量分だけシャフト200を移動させ、シャフト200のヤング率は100kN/mm2以上300kN/mm2以下である。【選択図】図1 |
