Zusammenfassung:	To provide a fiber treatment agent effectively preventing body fluid from bleeding from clothing, and with which a floor is hardly slipping even when the agent is adhered to the floor unintentionally.SOLUTION: The fiber treatment agent contains a volatile solvent and one kind of polymer soluble in the volatile solvent or a mixture of 2 or more kinds polymers. One kind of polymer or 2 or more kinds of polymers have solubility in water at 25°C is less than 50 mg/100 g. Percentage content of one kind of polymer or 2 or more kinds of polymers is 3 mass% to 15 mass%. The mixture of one kind of the polymer and 2 or more kinds of polymers has yield stress at 25°C of 0.6 MPa or more.
